This chicken and prawn curry is an old favourite. The addition of lemon grass adds a fresh tang to the dish. Increase the amount of chilli powder added to the dish if a more pungent flavour is preferred.
This dish can be quickly prepared if you use prawns that are already deveined. Make sure that the prawns are just cooked until it turns pink and use the largest prawns that you can afford. I generally prefer larger prawns because they definitely taste better than the smaller ones.
I served the chicken and prawn curry with jasmine rice, but you can serve it with any side dish that you prefer.
